Fast asleep
Elysha’s right arm is in front of her face in this shot. The "curly thing" in front of her face is the umbillical cord.
Curled Up
The middle part of the photo is her elbow. Her tummy is seen on the bottom left and her thigh on the bottom right. If this were a whole body shot, you would see she has her knees drawn up to her chest and her right arm wrapped around them.
Chubby Cheeks!
Almost a full face shot - but she’s camera shy and trying to block the probe with her arm! (Hence the shadow across her mouth)

The darker mass on the bottom right is the uterine wall which she had burried her face into. This seems to be her favourite sleeping position!
